Another company had just p[umped out my septic and gave me a quote that I could buy a new car for. Boone showed me I did not even need a new drain field and that my problem was a leaking toilet flange. Boone charged me nothing! That was months ago. I called for a quote and the lady asked me if I had a driveway. I said yes that they had pumped it from the dirt lane previously to not drive on the concrete. She quoted me 400 dollars never a mention of any extra charge if they had to run hose. They showed up right when they said and after pumping said it would be an additional charge of 50 dollars. I’m at 450 now and I mentioned that they had blasted the outlets to the drain field for me previously and he said it would be an extra charge. Boone never charged me extra for that in the past years. I really don’t know what has changed, but probably the next generation is running this family company. I remember the old Boone when they wanted your business and didn’t mind a little friendly customer service.
